HRR Palm Charters was created with the aim of providing better and broader services to our clients and help them be more competitive.

Our goal is to assist the PMSC clients to be more efficient avoiding the costs associated with mobilization, standby subsistence and demobilization of their own PSCASP.

We provide our MSO’s from the point of the embarkation to the point of disembarkation at an all-inclusive price structure. All our MSO’s are highly experienced, fully qualified, former military/law enforcement Special Forces personnel. Needless to say, all our MSO’s meet ISO28007:2015 standards, with all of their courses and training up to date which is required by most PMSCs.

Before we deploy our MSO’s, we make sure they are in perfect physical and psychological conditions for the best performance on the field. All the recruitment and vetting process is made according to the clients requirements and in compliance with international and industry standards such as: ISO 28007:2015, STCW, ICOC, etc.

PALM CHARTERS counts with instructors with wide experience on field in different continents, who brings their knowledge and operational experience to the trainees’ disposal on a methodological approach adjusted to the real needs of private security sector.

Our team of instructors consists of former officers from the best units of the Spanish Elite Corps and Security Forces, PMSC instructors and operators, as well as specialists and analysts on criminal behaviour, among others.

The principal aim of Palm Charters specialised Training Division is to develop PCASP’s competences, both technique and tactical expertise along with skills by using the latest means and anti-delinquency strategies which are being used in the most advanced countries in respect of prevention and intervention against crime.
